Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyConsultingCoach. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Service
MyConsultingCoach provides AI-assisted case interview practice, including voice sessions and structured feedback. Content is for educational and preparation purposes only. It is not professional career, legal, or financial advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access may be offered on a recurring subscription basis (currently about $50/month where applicable). Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel through the Customer Portal or as otherwise described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated at purchase. One case may remain available without a paid subscription as described on the Case Library.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to harass others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
- Share account access or resell the Service without permission.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with other users.
Intellectual property
Case materials, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal practice. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a license to use session data to operate and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE INTERVIEW OUTCOMES, ACCURACY OF AI RESPONSES, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY CONSULTING COACH AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR AMOUNTS EXCEEDING WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
